CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Oct. 2, 2018 - PRLog -- Waldo's primary area of practice is banking and finance law, with emphasis on commercial lending, commercial restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

Waldo has extensive experience representing and advising financial institutions in complex commercial loan transactions and regulatory and compliance issues. He represents corporations in complex financial transactions and real estate development projects. He also has represented energy companies in the purchase and sale of mineral leases and related assets.

Waldo earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law. He has been included on the West Virginia Super Lawyers"Rising Stars" list since 2015.
