New England Wellness Solutions welcomes Melani Gerenia to practice

WEYMOUTH, Mass. - Aug. 17, 2018 - PRLog -- New England Wellness Solutions (http://newellnesssolutions.com), a full-service family practice providing comprehensive healthcare services including Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki and more, today announced the addition of Melani Gerenia to their Hanover and Weymouth locations. Specializing in pain management, Generia has experience with both acute and chronic conditions, improving quality of life for patients and optimizing the healing process.

Gerenia is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and has a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  She is certified in Auriculotherapy, is a Reiki Practitioner and Adjunct Faculty member at MCPHS (Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences) University for the New England School of Acupuncture.

Gerenia received Bachelor degrees in Biology and Psychology from Bridgewater State University and continued her studies at the New England School of Acupuncture (now affiliated with MCPHS), earning a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicines with focuses on Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture styles and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Originally from Florida, Gerenia grew up in Plymouth, Massachusetts and presently resides in Worcester County.  In her spare time she enjoys dancing and is an avid crafter.
