Ways to Keep Yourself Cool this summer (without A/C)

NEW DELHI - June 2, 2018 - PRLog -- Summer means indoors covered with Air conditioner pointing to 16 degrees. But is A/C actually good for your health? In A/c environment, one may experience a chronic headache, loose skin moisture, or may suffer from dry skin aching.

How to overcome this? You can try the following ways starting with,

·       Drink a lot of water and not normal but detoxifying water with Fresh Fruits and Lemons,

·       Wear loss clothes

·       A room should have Clear ventilation

·       Do keep your lotions and toner in the refrigerator which will help in bending with your skin easily

·       Wet wipes are most essential for cleaning up your face and helping it not get dehydrated

What else can be done?

Arvind Kumar, CEO Symposium Dwarka suggested putting saplings indoors that generate fresh air and also keeping air temperature down. Try to switch off all your electronic equipment like computer, cable box, power strips, and other electronics when you're not using them. This could save electricity too.

Aman Arora, Owner of Chicken Inn Pandara Road suggested to Drink Aam Panna or Shikanji before stepping out off your home as it will keep you hydrated and these energizing beverage may also prevent loss of sodium chloride and iron during summer due to excessive sweating.  Do carry a spray bottle with you, when the heat gets unbearable, give yourself a squirt.
