Ural Federal University becomes a venue of the Night of Museums 2018

EKATERINBURG, Russian Federation - May 16, 2018 - PRLog -- Ural Federal University will become one of the venues of the Night of Museums. UrFU offers to visit  B.U. Kashkin's Museum, projects: Making Mail, Come to Busk… and Game of Millions, interactive installation "World by other people`s eyes", audio-installation "Viberwave", inclusive project "Building a temple", research project "Become an expert!" The visitors will also be able to enjoy new exhibitions: "UralGRAFO: Hypertext" and "Violation of Balance".

The project "UralGrapho: Hypertext" invites the viewer to plunge into the complex, diverse world of graphics. The exhibition presents about 40 works of artists from all over Russia.  The exposition helps to understand the features of techniques and secrets of graphic artists.

The exposition "Violation of Balance" includes 15 wooden reliefs by Sergei Yudichev. The artist experiments with the texture of the material and uses unusual instruments (e.g. circular saw).

"Violation of balance" reflects two different poles of the universe - chaos and harmony. At the same time, "violation" is always active, tough, it has more reality; "harmony" generates calm and soft images and has more space and color.

The visitors will find out how the artists see the structure of the Universe and depicts it using wood and buzz saw, how Peruvians are getting ready for the FIFA journey to Russia and how to create art-object by using post service. The exhibition will be accompanied by music of urban space.

The Night of Museums at UrFU will take place on May, 19, from 18:00 until 23:00.
