International Sculpture Center Announces 28th ISC Conference Call For Panels Is Now Open

HAMILTON, N.J. - Jan. 30, 2018 - PRLog -- The International Sculpture Center (ISC) will hold the 28th International Sculpture Conference in Philadelphia, PA from October 25-28, 2018. Over 300 sculpture enthusiasts from around the world will gather for keynotes, engaging panel discussions, peer networking, exciting cultural events, and more surrounding topics in contemporary sculpture.

The Call for Panels for the 28th International Sculpture Conference is now open. The International Sculpture Center is accepting panel proposals for the 28th International Sculpture Conference, for those interested in serving as panel moderators. Submissions must be 200 words and include a clear but brief statement of the panel objective, relating to relevant topics, including Body and Context; Monuments Reimagined - Old and New; Working to Strengthen and Engage the Civic Commons; Art and Science; Affect and Effect - Sculpture in Politics and Freedom; Artist-Run and Collaborative Spaces; Sculpture, Archives, and Collections; The Current and Future State of Sculpture and Sculptural Education; Artist Projects and Workshops; and other topics in contemporary sculpture. The deadline for submissions is March 12, 2018. Applicants will be notified in May 2018 as to the status of their submissions.
