ALBANY, N.Y. - Jan. 26, 2018 - PRLog -- The international brand REDMOND has spearheaded a revolution in small-scale household technology with its launch of a collection of smart home appliances: its smart tea-kettle, coffee machine, multicooker, iron, humidifier, air purifier, and other connected devices.

REDMOND approaches the smart home concept with the creation of simple, yet smart appliances that people use every day. For example, a consumer can boil or heat up water from a remote distance in a smart SkyKettle. To control the kettle from anywhere across the world you'll need a connecting gateway that will receive commands from your control smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi or GSM internet. Any spare smartphone/tablet running the operating system Android 4.3 with Bluetooth v4.0 and downloaded app "R4S Gateway" can act as the gateway. To ensure the successful remote control adjustment you need to locate the gateway and the kettle within the Bluetooth signal (no more than 15 meters away from each other), i.e. the gateway should always be located at home.

Why is it so convenient? Imagine that you are walking home from work and the weather is very cold. Now, you will not need to spend time waiting for your hot chocolate or hot tea after a long walk. Just start boiling water on your way home and enjoy your hot drink right away.

It is also the best solution for busy moms. Now, your child will not have to wait for a long time for his baby formula. Start heating up water before you come home and enjoy the rest with your happy baby.

What is more? The "Backlight" screen includes 4 modes: Nightlight, Boiling, Disco tea and Educational games. In the Nightlight mode the SkyKettle shines even when it doesn't boil water. You can also select the backlight brightness from 0 to 100 %, set its operation time (up to 12 hours) and set the interval of transition from one color to another (from 30 seconds to 3 minutes). In the "Disco tea" mode the backlight changes to the beat of playing music and your voice. You can amuse your child with children's educational games like memory training and learning colors.
