David's appellate experience includes the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Beckwith's complex litigation experience includes successful representations in matters involving ERISA, RICO, trade secrets, and unfair competition.  Successes include multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for patent-owners, and rulings of non-infringement when representing defendants accused of patent infringement.  Pro bono matters include representing Surfrider in beach access disputes, and a high profile dispute with the State of California relating to the systematic denial of foster care benefits.
