UK and Ireland's biggest airline to strike over Christmas – Educogym discuss disastrous effects

CANARY WHARF, U.K. - Dec. 13, 2017 - PRLog -- Pilots and crew have announced that they will be striking in a bid to win union recognition and better conditions, currently unions aren't recognised by Ryannair. 79 pilots based in Dublin will strike for one day on 20^th December. "Of course I totally see why they are striking, if you feel you are being treated unfairly It is only right to take a stand, however choosing a time so close to the festive period, when vast amounts of people travel, to see family and friends at a special time of year is, in my opinion, a little unfair" explained Orlstyne Wilson, personal trainer at educogym Canary Wharf.

Dublin pilots are not the only ones to be on strike, Ryannair pilots and cabin crew in Italy also have a strike planned for 4 hours on the 15^th December. "I am travelling to France over Christmas, and would be devastated if my flight was cancelled, our shift PA Emma's family are travelling to Ireland for Christmas and she is now worried there will be issues with their flights" said Godfrey Nurse, educogym Canary wharf personal trainer.

Pilots in Portugal and Germany are also said to plan industrial action, this is a huge blow for Ryannair who have faced some backlash regarding their hidden costs in luggage and check in fees "When you book a flight, unless the weather stops the flight for safety reasons, you expect to fly to your destination, not to be cancelled and left in an awful situation, especially at Christmas time" said Orlstyne Wilson Educogym personal trainer.
