Students also need to sign-up for audition times by contacting Festival Youth Chorus Director, Noelle Dachis, at email@example.com. NJCS is auditioning students for the following concerts: "Global Rhythms" on Saturday, May 12 at 8:00 pm and "Immortal Beethoven" on Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9 at 8:00 pm. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for young choral singers to perform in choral concerts with professional musicians, as well as an exceptional experience to include on a college application, especially for students pursuing music studies.
Established in 1980, the New Jersey Choral Society is one of the state's most prestigious choral groups, well-known for presenting outstanding and unique programs. Under the direction of Artistic Director and Conductor, Eric Dale Knapp, NJCS performs three major concerts annually in Bergen and Essex counties.
