A Sea Change Is Coming – The Benefit Corporation – Using Business as a Force For Good
Wildnote, a San Luis Obispo based technology company, announced it has become a Benefit Corporation, a corporation with a socially-responsible fiduciary responsibility to its employees and its community, along with the shareholders. Change is coming.

Wildnote fulfills its social responsibility in several ways. It serves the larger community with its product, a digital platform that creates efficiencies in environmental work. This allows biologists, botanists, and other research scientists to do more with less effort so that environmental sustainability for the planet is pushed forward faster.
