Qualmet CEO to Speak at The Masters Conference

Beckett will be speaking at The Masters Conference taking place November 14 at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida.

The session will take place from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. EST and is titled "Practical Technology Evaluations: A Framework for Considering Vendors and Technology." In addition to Beckett, this session will feature Cash Butler, CEO, ClariLegal (moderator); Alvin F. Lindsay, partner, Hogan Lovells US LLP; Deborah K. During this session, these experts will discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with law firm and vendor selection and management. They will address vendor qualifications and capabilities, choosing the right outside counsel, ethical and project considerations, vendor contract negotiation and terms and in-house vs. outsourced discovery.
