ClaimVantage Rolls Out Version 11.0 of Claim Automation Software
This latest release includes a range of new features and functionality across all products.
Operating from one core product, ClaimVantage has dedicated resources to continuously build and develop software solutions that transform claim departments.
"Claims departments are often an afterthought for insurers, but with the number of millennials entering the workforce, insurers need to look ahead." Says Leo Corcoran, ClaimVantage CEO, "We know millennial customers like to have on-demand, real-time benefit information, and they want to use their phones to access this information. Unfortunately, legacy systems and paper files across claims are holding insurers back."
Operating a product roadmap, which is continually updated based on influence from customers and industry trends, ClaimVantage has a dedicated R&D team to build out the core product across all of our apps ClaimFirst, AbsenceDirect and the Integrated Solutions, which includes the integrated disability and absence product.
Ahead of this release, all software has been tested on the latest version of Salesforce, Winter '18, to ensure a smooth transition for all customers to the latest version of ClaimVantage.
