Orlando's 400,000sqft ARTEGON MARKETPLACE to Open but NOT for Business as Usual Instead the Contents will be put on the Auction Block

ORLANDO, Fla. - June 29, 2017 - PRLog -- The Artegon Marketplace will open its doors to the public one more time, but it will not be business as usual at the 400,000-square foot facility. The owners have contracted with the J Sugarman Auction Corp. to conduct a 2 day public auction for most of the remaining assets inside of the marketplace. The auction will take place on Thursday, July 13th and Friday, 14th, 2017 both days starting at 11am and will be open to general public, everyone is welcome to attend.

Over the course of those two days, buyers will be able to register and bid on everything: Restaurant equipment and furniture, commercial maintenance equipment, golf carts, special event décor, high grade commercial furniture, mall kiosks, some of the unique artist created pieces made especially for the Artegon Marketplace, and much more. Everyone is welcomed to attend, this auction will be highly beneficial for anyone in the hospitality and property management businesses, and to general merchandise resellers.

For those who are unable to attend the live auction, they will have the ability to bid on some of the more prominent items online, simultaneously with the live auction.

The doors will open at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 13th and Friday, July 14th for interested buyers to come in and preview the items up for auction. The live auction will commence at 11am. During the auction, all of the items will be "sold to the highest and best bidder."

Thursday, July 13th the items to be auctioned include the Food Court, Cleaning Equipment, General Merchandise, and Furniture many items will only be available for the live bidders. The online bidding for customers that are not able to attend will begin at 12pm.

At 12pm on Thursday, they will be auctioning online and live the Cleaning Equipment and General Merchandise such as:
