Follow on Google News | Two Local Non-Profits Team Up To Party With A Purpose This New Year's EveCharm City Countdown is Baltimore's largest all-inclusive charity gala.
By: NorCal Press This year's theme is "Once Upon A Time", and the event will feature an open bar, dinner buffets, ten party zones, live bands, DJs, a red carpet zone for photos, a digital graffiti wall, a midnight champagne toast, and the largest New Year's Eve midnight balloon drop in Baltimore. There will be free parking and free coat check. A VIP upgrade will give guests all-area access, upgraded food and bar, extra seating, and more. During the event, cityfam will be recruiting volunteers for their upcoming MLK Day of Service. "We try to use our social events as a way to not only raise money and awareness for area charities, but also give people an opportunity to get involved with their time if they'd like to" said Rob Kowalski cityfam Founder. "So often people want to help the less fortunate but don't know how to get started. At this event, like other cityfam events, we make it fun and easy to get involved." The 9th Annual Charm City Countdown will be held at the BWI Hilton. Tickets are on sale now. More information can be found at http://charmcitycountdown.com.
