Moss & Associates Celebrates Topping Out of SLS Lux Brickell

MIAMI - Dec. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Today, Moss & Associates celebrated the topping out of SLS Lux Brickell, a $180 million luxury condo-hotel project, with a luncheon for nearly 700 employees and guests.

The property, located at 801 South Miami Ave, consists of 450 residences and 84 hotel rooms with interiors designed by Yabu Pushelberg. The 1,273,062 square-foot,60-story building was designed by Arquitectonica and will feature private elevators, a pool deck with cabanas, sporting and recreation amenities, a children's play area, museum-quality art in select common areas, a ground floor restaurant by celebrated chef Katsuya Uechi and cocktail lounge by SBarwill, among other amenities.

The project broke ground in December 2014 and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.
