Pink Olive is coming to Cold Spring
By: Pink Olive
Since its opening in 2007, Pink Olive has become a staple in Manhattan and Brooklyn for gift-givers, stationery shoppers, and whimsy-seekers of all ages. Its current shops are based in the East Village, West Village, Park Slope, and Williamsburg — each offering a unique of collection of whimsical gifts and paper goods.
"We're so excited to join Main Street's mix of old-world charm and modern curated goods," says Founder and Chief Buyer Grace Kang. "To be in a tightly-knit community, but still close to the city, is an ideal fit for our newest location." The shop will be just steps away from the Cold Spring train station, nestled on Main Street amongst the Cold Spring Apothecary, Burkelman, Old Souls, and top-rated restaurants including Brasserie Le Bouchon, Hudson Hil's, and The Foundry.
Kang is a former successful buyer for Bloomingdales, Saks and Barney's New York, and her team of Pink Olive buyers constantly seeks out the best of the best, curating an eclectic mix of stationery, baby gifts, art, jewelry, books and vintage finds. The store's top sellers include Rifle Paper Co., Emily McDowell, Kristiana Parn, Bobo Choses, Rylee & Cru, Mr. Boddington, P.F. Candle Co., Saipua, and Maileg, along with Pink Olive's in-house "you are loved" line that includes candles, mugs and more.
Pink Olive's mission is to inspire and celebrate the little things — one person, one gift, and one neighborhood at a time. And to celebrate Pink Olive's upcoming tenth anniversary year, as part of their #littlegirls4bigchange campaign, a percentage of all sales will be donated to organizations that support and empower women worldwide.
Pink Olive's Hudson Valley store will be located at 80 Main St, Cold Spring, NY 10516. Please follow @pinkolive on Instagram or sign up for the mailing list at pinkolive.com (http://www.pinkolive.com/
