The book is about the journey of Harshika, as she evolves in every stage of her life, after getting hit by a myriad of experiences. Born into a middle class family and raised by a single mother, she grew up having a sound idea of what life is and what one can expect out of it. She grew up fighting demons every single day, sometimes demons that stood right in front of her eyes and sometimes those intangible ones. When she was 21, her boss at her workplace triggered in her the urge to write. And here it is – Dream it Live it, a peek into her life spanning to 38 years, across frontiers and episodes. Meet her heroes and her demons, meet her saviors and her villains, meet her friends and her foes. Did she wait to be rescued or did she come to her own rescue? Does life come full circle? Can she ever have it "all"?

Born and raised in Hyderabad, moved to Singapore and now living an expat life in Dubai, Harshika is the run-of-the-mill Global Citizen. Pushed by her husband, Dilip and encouraged by her son, Jahaan she went back to school to pursue a Diploma in Advertising and Graphic Design and if that weren't enough she is now in the midst of her second Diploma this time in PR and Journalism. When the goings get tough, she gets going and she does so publicly on her blog page (there is a story behind the name too she says!!). Though she much prefers actually going away, like literally, for shopping or better yet to a Yash Raj kinda exotic locale. Yes, you guessed it, she is a bit of a Drama Queen too and a tag she wears and shows off very proudly!

Her husband, her son, the dogs, her friends, the institute she attends, her ex boss have always felt that she writes really well, encouraging her to get published. So in the event you do not like this book, you have them to blame. Harshika still remains her aimless drama queen self.
