Follow on Google News | ![]() La Leche League International Holds Photo Contest in Honor of 60th AnniversaryBy: La Leche League International (LLLI) All photographs should be sent to photos@llli.org and must be originals in digital format (minimum 1,000-pixel size). Pictures will be accepted in both full color and monochrome. Every photograph must be accompanied by the following information: When submitting their picture, participants, or legal guardians of participants if under 18, must also sign a release form which can be found on LLLI's website. Once signed, this release gives LLLI permission to use the picture in any of its publications. All submissions must include a signed release or they will be disqualified. A panel of judges to assess the pictures will be composed of the LLLI Board of Directors, administrators of various La Leche League (LLL) websites, and professional photographers. These judges will choose one winner in each of the four categories who will then be awarded LLLI publications worth up to US$100. In addition, one Overall First Prize will be awarded, at the judges' discretion, and will be displayed on the LLLI site for at least one month with the author's name and a citation. LLLI is excited to start receiving entries on November 1, 2016 for this special contest.
