Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida Chapter to host renowned blogger

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Oct. 24, 2016 - PRLog -- The Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida Chapter is pleased to announce that lifestyle and parenting blogger Tara Settembre, writer of "When Tara Met Blog," will be the keynote speaker at the Nov. 8 luncheon meeting being held at The Edison Restaurant in Fort Myers.

Settembre will discuss best practices for social media. She will provide channel statistics and demographics, social media hacks for increasing engagement and tips on how not to spread yourself too thin managing them all.

Settembre is a former journalist and social media manager. She has been blogging for 11 years about her adventures and mishaps parenting twin boys, the celebrities she runs into, travel tips, film and tea reviews, must-have products, easy DIY ideas, fashion, beauty and more. She received her Masters in Journalism and Communications from New York University. She also blogs at The Huffington Post, TOT Runway, TravelingMom.com and contributes to The Florida Buzz and Techlicious, among others.
