PALM COAST, Fla. - Oct. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- In honor of National Physical Therapy Month, Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center is pleased to announce that they are offering a free seminar on the preservation of musculoskeletal systems for those near retirement and recent retirees from 12:00 pm to 1:00pm on Tuesday, October 25th.This is a continuation of their 'Preserve and Conserve' seminar series.

"Working on the preservation of your musculoskeletal system when you are near retirement, or recently retired is important so you can enjoy and participate in the activities you have long dreamed of," said Em Dinopol, PT, owner of Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center.

Topics to be discussed will include overall health tips such as how to manage your weight issues, lower blood pressure, managing cholesterol levels, and discussion on common musculoskeletal conditions that will impact the quality of life. Valuable self-management techniques begin with recognizing and knowing what may be the source of the pain or condition. Pain may be felt down the leg however the source of the problem is asymmetry of your pelvis.

If you dream of an enjoyable retirement, work toward it by being actively independent and being focused in your health and truly enjoy the "golden years".

The seminar will be held at Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center located at 84 Pinnacles Dr., Building A in Palm Coast, across from Florida Hospital Flagler. There will be a presentation as well as a question and answer period.  Seating is limited so attendees are asked to please call us at 386-447-7824 to reserve a seat.
