Magical Woodland Experience Set to Light up Cheshire

NORTHWICH, U.K. - Oct. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- CHESHIRE's ancient Blakemere Wood, which sits behind Blakemere Village in Northwich, is set to be the star of a new magical woodland spectacular, utilizing £250,000 of state-of-the-art lighting and the latest electronic sound technology to welcome visitors to an entirely new concept in 21st century entertainment.

Called 'Magical Woodland', the new and unique experience combines sophisticated light-shows and music and makes it accessible to audiences as they stroll through the exquisite evening woodland scenery that has attracted walkers and country lovers for centuries.

'Magical Woodland' is being made available in Cheshire by Steve Birchall; a director of Blakemere Village-based Cheshire Outdoors.

"The Magical Woodland is an experience that no one will forget as it combines a stroll through the delightful Cheshire woodlands scenery with the incredible impact of a sophisticated light show and a sensational sound-track of electronic music," explained Steve.

"When I first saw the light show I was totally impressed but the addition of electronic music transformed it to another level. Then we had the idea of presenting the light-show and music to an audience who were making their way along the path-ways of the exquisite Blakemere woodland.

"That's when we decided to present the 'Magical Woodland' to the public as soon as we possibly could. It's a first for Cheshire!"

'Magical Woodland' experiences will be available from October 27^th to November 6^th with several shows each evening. A skating rink is available on-site which can be used before or after the experience which lasts approximately 60 minutes. Hot drinks and refreshments are also available and there is plenty of free parking.
