Come Celebrate with us the opening of the Smithsonian National African American History & Culture Museum with the poster exhibition "A Place for All People".
 
MIAMI - Sept. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Come celebrate with the Haitian Heritage Museum on Saturday September 24, 2016 at 6pm-10pm  as we celebrate  the opening of The Smithsonian Naitional Museum of African American History and Culture with the exhition "A Place for all People".  The event will be hosted by International Director/Actor Genji Jacques and Actress/Producer Sandra Justice.

The exhibtion "A Place for All People" will evoke the power of oration and freedom stories, the brilliance of artistic achievement, and the soaring heights of cultural expression, philosophy, sports, and politics. In addition to profiling the long struggle to create the Museum, the building's architectural design and its prominent location on the National Mall, the poster exhibit is a survey of the African American community's powerful, deep and lasting contributions to the American story..

About the National Museum of African American History and Culture

"The National Museum of African American History and Culture is the 19th museum of the Smithsonian Institution and is located at the foot of the Washington Monument on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The museum provides for the collection, study, and establishment of programs and exhibitions related to African American life, history, art, and culture. It is a place where people can learn about the richness and diversity of the African American experience; it is a place of meaning, memory, reflection, laughter, and hope."
