They got an opportunity to know about the importance and benefits of Paneer Recipes in Indian food. Different panner recipes cooking methods have been shared with attendees in the workshop. "Paneer bhurji got it's name from Indian style scrambled egg's - Egg Bhurji. This recipe is prepared with crumbled paneer or Indian cottage cheese with onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, green chili and seasoned with variety of spices. Garnished with fresh coriander leaves which gives it nice aroma and makes it very eye appealing. It is a vegetarian main course recipe and perfect for lunch and dinner both", Sameer said. This dish was rated 5 on scale of 1 to 5 by attendees in ease to cook, taste, and keeps-whole- Paneer Bhurji can be enjoyed as main course dish with chapati, paratha, missi roti, tandoori roti and naan. It also tastes good as side dish in company of other vegetables. Paneer bhurji can also be used and enjoyed as a stuffing mixture in sandwiches, parathas, veg wrap and even perfact for kathi rolls. One of the attendees asked the required ingredients with quantity to make Paneer Bhurji for 2-3 people. Sameer Goyal shared following ingredients required to make this recipe for an ideal family of 4 people as follows: 1. Paneer : 500 gm (grated) 2. Onion : 2 (finely chopped) 3. Ginger Garlic Paste : 4 tsp 4. Tomato : 4 (finely chopped) 5. Green Chili : 4 (finely chopped) 6. Salt : to taste 7. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp 8. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp 9. Garam Masala Powder : 1 tsp 10. Jeera Powder : 1/2 tsp 11. Dried Mango Powder : 1/2 tsp 12. Oil : 2 tbsp 13.
