RDH Global To Initiate Commitment To Excellence Program

BRUSSELS - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- This program will be entered in to by all staff, in all departments and at every level with the aim of ensuring that the current client care program is not only maintained but improved, affording all clients a greater level of service than they currently enjoy.

"We are always very focused towards ensuring that the specific needs of each and every client of our firm are met. This new CTE program will not only ensure an even greater level of service at every stage but it also allows us to monitor our performance from an internal perspective ," said Samuel Hansen, co founder.

"We will soon be implementing a new and updated system, which all staff will commit to and this new system will be over-seen by one of our senior HR managers. The system will centrally log and record the required information to enable us to monitor the improvements made," Hansen added.

RDH Global expect the new CTE program to be fully operational throughout the entire office network before year end but have already tested the system with a select number of institutional clients, all of whom have experienced a significant improvement in their day-to-day business dealings.
