Follow on Google News | Kent State University's College of Business Administration to Hold Study Abroad Information EventsBy: Kent State College of Business Administration The annual International Day will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the first floor of the Business Administration Building and Florence Information Night will take place from 7 to 8 p.m. in Room 131 of Prentice Hall. Multiple education abroad programs will be represented at International Day and various cultures will be represented by international students who will hold demonstrations on the third floor of the building. They will be dressed in traditional attire from their home country. During the event, students can have passports stamped at designated tables to receive an education abroad T-shirt. "It is exciting to have our education abroad programs as well as our international student populations in the College of Business represented," In addition, Simone Anselmi, an instructor at the Kent State University Florence campus, will have an information table at International Day. Anselmi teaches two courses in Florence; international marketing and international Entrepreneurship. "Students are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to meet one of their potential instructors before studying abroad in Florence," said Kittle. Students in the College of Business Administration can choose from options to study abroad for 10 days, three weeks, a full semester or a summer. Every business major in the college receives a $2,500 scholarship for taking business courses abroad. During Florence Information Night, Anselmi will speak about the Florence opportunity and will be available to answer questions.
