REDDITCH, U.K. - Aug. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Julia Tolley, Psychotherapist, Trainer, supervisor and Coach who is based in the West Midlands, will bring over 25 years of her experience in the field of human development, when she presents the Official Transactional Analysis TA 101 training programme at independent Therapy centre, St John's Counselling and Therapy in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire in November later this year. Julia who currently teaches at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy, says that:

" I am looking forward to bringing the model of Transactional Analysis (TA) to Bromsgrove. TA is an excellent model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships. It was originally developed in the 1950s by the late Eric Berne MD" During Julia's presentation she will be examining the theory of TA, including the structure of personality, transactions, and the way we relate to others. Time structuring, the psychological "games" we play and life scripts.  Members of the course will have the opportunity to apply Berne's theory to their own behaviour and the behaviour of others in the group.

Berne's famous theory on Games People Play, made famous by Eric Berne following his bestselling book, uncovered the dynamics of human relationships. Julia states that: "Games People Play is now widely recognised as the most original and influential popular psychology book of our time. It's as powerful and eye-opening as ever"

The TA 101 is a stand – alone two-day course which can be the precursor to a 4-year programme in Transactional analysis. Debbie Reed, practice manager of the venue host says: "Julia's presentation promises to be a fascinating journey into human personality and behaviour. It will be examining our human need for psychological strokes and recognition and will explore the three rules of communication.  Those attending will be coming away with some excellent life skills and tools for awareness.

Julia believes that the information she will be presenting will be useful to everyone, from Managers to Parents, for those who work in the helping professions, or in management, communications or teaching.  For couples who want to improve their relationships and It will be especially helpful to you if you are interested in understanding more fully your relationships with others. Relate report that many relationship issues or breakups are often caused by either lack of communication, or doing it ineffectively.

Debbie Reed Practice Manager St john's Counselling & Therapy Services, the host venue says that.

"the Bromsgrove community is in for a real treat, we are very privileged that Julia has accepted our invitation to present the TA101."  If you would like to be part of this exciting journey or would like more information on The TA101 or how to go about booking the event, please contact Julia on 01215043691 or drop her an email at j.tolley1@sky.com.
