PRLog -- Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Justine Miller has joined the firm's environmental and natural resources practice. Her practice is focused in various state and federal regulatory programs, particularly dealing with air quality issues related to major and minor stationary sources.
Prior to joining the firm, Justine worked as a regulatory rule writer in the State Implementation Planning Section of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's (ADEQ) Air Quality Division. While there, she served as project manager for the state's Regional Haze and Agricultural Best Management Practice (PM10) programs. Justine was also involved in developing the update to the state's New Source Review provisions following EPA's 2015 Limited Approval/Limited Disapproval.
Ms. Miller is a 2010 graduate of Northern Arizona University (B.S. in Environmental Studies and Sustainability)
where she was a Nucor Foundation Scholar. She earned her law degree from Vermont Law School in 2014.
