Follow on Google News | International Culinary Workshop by KCCIKorean cuisine class will be held at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BCIHMCT) and the Korean Cultural Centre, India (KCCI) in New Delhi for the first time.
By: Brannia The last class of the workshop will be a special class in which the master who will be coming from Korean Food Grand Master Association will teach the students about the essence of Korean cuisine and will also tell the students about the future aspects that they can look upon. Master Chef Lim Chae Hong said that he is truly enjoying the training session with Indian students as they are very nice and are always ready to learn something new. He also said that he had not expected such a pleasant response. He said he was very happy when he saw more than 30 students in his first class. Kim Kum Pyoung – Director Korean Cultural Centre said that there are more than 30 restaurants in Delhi that provide Korean food and many more are going too open soon due to the increasing love for the Korean cuisine. This will lead to many job openings for the aspiring chefs to try and experiment something new with the new Korean and old Indian techniques. But to start the experiment one must have a very good knowledge of the basics which you can learn in this workshop with the help of such amazing and cooperative Chefs.
