C & A Scientific Announces New Senior Director of Sales

MANASSAS, Va. - July 11, 2016 - PRLog -- C & A Scientific, designer and manufacturer of microscopes and laboratory products to medical and children's educational markets, is pleased to welcome Jeannine Gibson as senior director of sales.  In this new role, Gibson will oversee C & A's revenue and growth and partnership strategy across all market segments.

Gibson's experience includes working directly with retailers and manufacturers at both PMMI-The Association for Processing and Packaging Technologies and the Food Marketing Institute (FMI); as well as for-profit entities such as SmartBrief and Infocus Marketing.  Gibson spent several years as a sales and marketing consultant, leading efforts in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas, and was director of creative services for SmartBrief, a digital media company based in Washington, DC.

An accomplished marketing and sales professional with 25 years of experience and a deep understanding of the manufacturing supply chain, Gibson's career has been marked by innovation, team building and strategic process improvements, all of which have had a positive growth impact.   At PMMI, Jeannine helped to launch several new initiatives, including Pharma EXPO, an event dedicated to offering solutions to manufacturers in the life sciences industry.
