DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - July 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Paragon Events, a full-service global meetings and events planning firm, announced today that a key member of the management team was recognized as an industry leader by Connect Association. Francesca Radabaugh, the company's Director of Association Management & Operations Manager, was featured in the magazine's 2016 "40 Under 40" list. Those receiving this honor are recognized as next-gen mavericks and change-makers in associations, specialty meetings and events, and hospitality.

Francesca Radabaugh was virtually born into this industry, and has been groomed for success by Paragon Events Founder and CEO Renee Radabaugh. Currently, Francesca manages the Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Association Management departments. She also works directly with some of the company's key clients to ensure their large-scale events are executed flawlessly.

Connect Association is a national, B2B magazine that provides resources and ideas to meeting professionals and planners in the association and specialty meetings and events industry. Each year, nominations are received from across the country for the "40 Under 40" list, which are reviewed and evaluated by the Connect Association editorial staff based on references, industry involvement and other resources. The selected 40 are honored as the industry's best young leaders who have earned respect from their peers and the media.
