Open Enrollment for Fall 2016 Resilient Leadership Coach Certification Program

GAITHERSBURG, Md. - July 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Resilient Leadership LLC is excited to announce open enrollment for their fall 2016 Resilient Leadership Coach Certification Program scheduled for August 11-14, 2016 and for their Spring 2017 program (date to be determined). The 3½-day program will be held in Gaithersburg Md. Certified coaches are eligible to earn 25.75 Core Competency Hours and 24 Resource Development Hours.

The Resilient Leadership model helps leaders in all walks of life develop the capability to face and surmount significant adaptive challenges they face at work and home. During this course, participants will learn how to navigate the hidden chemistry of organizations --- what they call the emotional system.

The in-depth and highly participative program is specifically designed to equip leadership coaches with new tools that they can use in their client communities to help their coachees understand and manage their workplace and home emotional system challenges.

The August training and year-long quarterly follow up discussions entitle the successful participant to become part of our highly skilled community of coaches who are fully equipped to help their clients rise above the turbulent forces of today's workplace and home emotional dynamics.

RL certified coaches are granted a renewable license to utilize the Resilient Leadership model and also have access to RL Elevate®, their proprietary learning management system.
