Santa Claus Announces Vacation Plans at Georgia Lanier Islands

BUFORD, Ga. - June 28, 2016 - PRLog -- It's official! Christmas in July will arrive on the shores of Lake Lanier in just a matter of days. Well-known as a popular stop for Saint Nick during Magical Nights of Lights throughout the holiday season, Lanier Islands has announced plans to play host to its first "Santa's Vacation Adventure" from Tuesday, July 5 through Saturday, July 9. While normally a private person during the off-season, Kris Kringle has opted to travel South to enjoy a great summer vacation at the lakeside resort. As Santa Claus makes his way from the North Pole to North Georgia, Lanier Islands hopes that children of all ages will come out to show some of that signature Southern Hospitality by making the Jolly Old Elf feel welcome and sharing some serious fun in the sun with Father Christmas himself.
