Dovetail Brewery's New Menu, Extended Taproom Hours, Events and Tours

CHICAGO - June 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Chicago's popular new brewery, Dovetail Brewery (1800 W. Belle Plaine, 773-683-1414) is expanding its taproom hours for customers. The taproom will now be open Wednesday- Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday 2 p.m.-10 p.m.; and Saturday 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Tuesday, the taproom will be available for private events. Tours of the brewery are held every Saturday beginning at 11. The Cost is $15, and includes 3 beers.

Saturday, June 25, 3-9 pm Ravenswood On Tap, 1801 W. Foster. Ravenswood area brewery festival.

Friday, July 1, 6-9 pm Dovetail Brewery will team up with Ravenswood neighbors Dos Ricco's, featuring Mexican Korean Fusion

Saturday, July 9, 6-9 pm Dovetail Brewery will host Chicago Pizza Boss, featuring authentic brick oven pizza

New Menu Items

In addition to Dovetail's Lager, Hefeweizen and Rauchbier, the taproom is now offering Radlers, a refreshing mix of sparkling lemonade and beer. Dovetail's version mixes local Chicago soda producer Filbert's Lemon/Lime with its Lager or Hefeweizen, or for a different twist, the Rauchbier mixed with Filbert's Draft Root Beer. Chicago's Filbert's Draft Root Beer and Draft Lemon/Lime are also available on tap for a drink everyone can enjoy.
