Harvard University and Dr. Mark G. Charest settle litigation regarding the allocation of patent royalties

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - June 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Statement from Dr. Mark G. Charest:  "Harvard University and I have settled our ongoing litigation regarding the allocation of royalties related to the license with Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals on mutually agreeable terms.  In light of my claims and goals in bringing this litigation, I am very pleased to accept terms I view as equitable."

The title of Dr. Charest's case is Mark G. Charest v. The President and Fellows of Harvard College, 1:13-cv-11556-DJC.  This case was filed on June 28, 2013 in United Stated District Court for the District of Massachusetts and recently settled.
