Ms. Mitzman, who works at Daniel Gale Sotheby's Manhasset office, listed the property for her client, 800 Northern Blvd LLC.  The buyer/broker, Six-O Realty Corp, found the property on LoopNet. On the market for 30 days, the transaction closed June 9, 2016.
