New Product for Hot Flash Relief

A Chic, Natural way to Reduce Hot Flashes and other Heat Sensitivities

SANTA ROSA, Calif. - June 8, 2016 - PRLog -- When Mary Leo, started having hot flashes, her doctor declined to put her on hormone replacement therapy saying it was "too controversial." Desperately looking for a natural source of heat relief, she scoured the internet seeking something that would be effective, natural and discreet.  Finding nothing, she set out to create her own device.

"Necessity really is the mother of invention," Leo said. "I needed something that was effective and convenient.  Something I could keep with me wherever I went, but it had to be discreet."

That led to her invention, FlashScarf. FlashScarf is a two-piece fashionable neck scarf containing a pocket which houses a cooling insert. How does it work? "The cooling insert," Leo explains, "contains water-absorbing crystals. When wet, these crystals expand and become cool." When the cooling insert is placed into the scarf pocket and placed around the neck's pulse points, there is direct cooling. Once the hot flash subsides, the cooling insert may be removed and the scarf can be worn as a regular neck scarf.

FlashScarf is not only effective for hot flashes, it may be used in hot climates or for increased body temperature due to illness or other heat sensitivities.

FlashScarf retails for $35.00 but is currently selling for an introductory price of $24.99.  At present, FlashScarf is only available online.
