iWave rolls out new SOMs based on NXP i.MX 6QuadPlus and i.MX 6DualPlus

BANGALORE, India - June 2, 2016 - PRLog -- iMX 6QuadPlus and i.MX6 Dual Plus based on NXP from iWave Systems. May 18, 2016 - iWave Systems launched two additional SOMs based on NXP® i.MX 6QuadPlus (i.MX 6QP) and i.MX 6DualPlus (i.MX 6DP) applications processors, adding to its existing i.MX 6 SOM portfolio. The i.MX 6QP and i.MX 6DP processors from NXP provide increased memory bandwidth without any major changes in the software and hardware. This provides 50% enhancement in the memory efficiency and more than 50% improvement in 2D and 3D graphic engine performance compared to the i.MX 6Quad and i.MX 6Dual devices.
