Billionaire Monitor has raised $250,000 from a Mauritius-based private investment firm
 
MANHATTAN, N.Y. - May 17, 2016 - PRLog -- BillionaireMonitor.com, a website that aggregates content on the world'srichest people, has raised $250,000 in funding from Silverbridge Capital Partners, a family-owned investment firm based in Port Louis, Mauritius.

Billionaire Monitor intends to use the funds for global expansion, and acquisition of audience in other regions.

Led by founder Rajesh Patel, BillionaireMonitor.com is an international news aggregating platform, providing daily news on the world's richest people as determined by Forbes and Bloomberg. The news items on the billionaires are categorized by the regions the billionaires come from Asia Pacific, Eurasia, Europe, Greater China, Latin America, Middle East & North Africa, North America, South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Currently in beta, the BillionaireMonitor.com site will launch officially in July as a news aggregation site and mobile app, while in October, Billionaire Monitor will abandon its aggregation model and start reporting its own news on billionaires.
