Every day I have some reminder I'm on a spiritual path, and my book is a record of the more interesting, exiting, rewarding bits.

I've been honest about my mistakes, and have written about those I feel may help others.

Each returning memory triggered yet another one, and I know I was spiritually inspired to what finally made it into the book.

If there is a core purpose to my book, it's surely that I can't be the only person to witness a startling, and at times frightening spiritual awakening. I hope anyone going through something similar would take heart and courage from my experiences.

The scope of my book is quite wide. I've been a professional natural therapist and healer for 30 years … in tandem with a Lifetime of psychic and spiritual experience, courtesy of my family and other wonderful souls. I write with the experience of having survived it all … good times (and not so good).

Not everything or everyone has made it into the book for various reasons. However it's been amazing how I've reconnected with those who have … in some cases after many years of lost contact.

About the Author:

Born in 1944, I've always been aware of Spiritual Energies. I grew up in a family where Spiritual Phenomena was the norm. Most days, I have some reminder I'm on a Spiritual Path. The book records the more exiting, disquieting, and rewarding bits.

I discovered natural medicine in 1983. Conventional medicine failed to cure a tropical illness I developed in Africa. I made a spectacular recovery thanks to Reflexology. I studied at the London branch of the 'International Institute of Reflexology'. Fortunately, my Tutor was Tony Porter.

    "I'll never forget a reading I gave to a middle-aged man, which as time passed, proved scarily accurate. I'd been 'shown' several maroon classic cars driving uphill to the sitter's home, just a few doors away from my flat. As a classic car enthusiast, he'd accepted my message as confirmation of a rally he hoped to organise.

I'd actually described this man's funeral. Just months later, I saw an identical fleet of maroon cars slowly following his coffin down the hill.

I don't usually predict death (or birth, for that matter). We have little control over either end of life, and I see my function as helping with the stuff between.
