Jefferson College will be offering Career Step's EMS refresher training, which was added to the Career Step catalog when it acquired Code3 CME earlier this year. Available courses offer both instructor-led classes as well as self-paced, online training. Courses new to Jefferson College with this partnership include the 24-Hour EMT Transition Course; 48-Hour EMT, AEMT and Paramedic Refresher Transition Course; Critical Care Transport Review Course; and the Self-Paced, Anywhere, Anytime Modules. All courses are approved by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS) in partnership with Code3 CME and provide the training EMS professionals need to meet national registry and state regulatory board requirements.
