APMAX™ ACS Service Adds New Yealink Models of SIP Phones

MITCHELL, S.D. - April 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Innovative Systems has completed interoperability testing and has added new models of the Yealink brand of SIP phones to the APMAX Automated Configuration Service. In an effort to give service providers a wider variety of the Yealink family of SIP phones, the T21P, T21P E2, T23G, T27P, T27G and T29G have been added to the ACS software.

The APMAX ACS SIP phone tool handles provisioning, firmware updates and also offers a Web Portal option for subscriber management of SIP phone key settings.

The newly added Yealink models join over 80 different SIP devices that the ACS service can manage and maintain firmware updates for. The primary advantage of ACS is to allow service providers the ability to manage multiple brands of SIP phones from a single GUI that they are already using with their APMAX hardware platform. The ACS software has documented proof of reduced truck rolls and higher Quality of Service for business voice clients.
