MIRAMAR, Fla. - April 14, 2016 - PRLog -- As a long-time supporter of supplier diversity initiatives, American Medical Depot (AMD) is excited to announce our support of the University of Florida's Division of Small Business & Vendor Diversity Relations (SBVDR). The SBVDR provides support to the university's various procurement departments and academic units regarding the utilization of Small Businesses, including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), and Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs). AMD's President of Government Business, Beverly Kuykendall will serve as the keynote speaker for the University of Florida's Community Small Business Breakfast at the 25th Annual Vendor Opportunity Fair on April 26, 2016. Kuykendall will share her insights and AMD's platform of success with attendees from small, minority- and women-owned businesses.  AMD's participation in the breakfast complements the South Florida Minority Supplier Development Council Business Familiarization (FAM) Tour which AMD will host at our Miramar Headquarters on April 27, 2016.
