After you have created your Website you need to get an Auto-responder to capturer the email address of your visitors. Normally you give them a free product for ex. E-Book, Video.... In return for there email address. But what value you have from getting their email address? First of all, if you have a big list (many email addresses) you'll get much more out of every client you have, because you can always follow up on them. This means after they purchased something from you it does not stop there, they will continue buying from you if you send them good follow up emails. And secondly you can not trust the search engines. The search engines change their algorithm all the time. But no matter what the search engines change, you will always have that list of yours, from which you can earn.

So it is very important you start building your list from the beginning and that you never ever stop building it.

To build your list and sell anything, you need traffic. Without traffic you won't get anywhere online. How do you get traffic? There are two different types of traffic:

1. Paid traffic: you can buy traffic or leads. A few of the most popular ways are Facebook advertising, Banner ads, Google ads, PR, safe-swaps... and many more.

2. Free traffic: The free traffic ways mostly are: Organic traffic, YouTube, PR, Social Media... and many more.

Just be careful what kind of traffic you are getting, because some traffic will be very useless for your site. You always want to get TARGTETED Traffic. Targeted traffic is traffic from people who are interested in your niche/ Website topic. This is very important, because otherwise you will never be able to even make 1 sale or capture 1 email address. For ex. If you have a Website/ Blog about dating and you get traffic from people who love Volleyball, no one will probably buy anything from you or sign up to your email list. But if you get visitors, who you know are interested in your niche, many probably will buy something from you and sign up to your email address.

And then you'll really start making money.

These mentioned aspects are a few of the most important aspects of becoming successful online. If you master all of them, then you will not fail online, but create passive income that is bigger than your expenses.
