PharMedQuest Signs New Client to the ARC™ Program

BREA, Calif. - March 31, 2016 - PRLog -- PharMedQuest is excited to announce the signing of a new ARC™ Client, expanding its presence into new markets outside of California.  Authorization Request Coordination, also known as ARC™, is a proprietary software management platform developed by PharMedQuest which will help service more than 50,000 Medicare patients for a key Medicare Advantage payer.

"We will provide clinical and operational support beginning in April for our Client, starting with oncology drugs and phasing in other key therapies addressing auto-immune diseases (e.g. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's, and Multiple Sclerosis) and other high-cost specialty drugs," said Kirby Eng, VP of Business Development for PharMedQuest and the ARC™ program.

ARC™ works collaboratively with payers and providers to optimize the clinical, operational and financial outcomes for specialty drugs processed through the Medical Benefit, which accounts for 50% of the U.S. specialty drug spend.
