SilRay Enhances Service to Small and Medium-Sized Businesses with New Promotion and New Hire

LOS ALTOS, Calif. - March 21, 2016 - PRLog -- SilRay, a full-service, award-winning commercial solar energy solutions provider, today announced the appointments of Collin Ackerman to Director of Operations, and Lyleen Dauz to Project Manager. With these additions, SilRay is enhancing solar service to the small and medium-sized business segment, helping companies improve their global footprint and reduce energy costs.

Collin Ackerman has been promoted from Project Manager to Director of Operations. In the role, Ackerman is responsible for managing the company's daily operations, as well as overseeing the project management team. Prior to joining SilRay in 2013, he was a Solar Finance Sales Associate at Clean Power Finance, where he provided sales support and conducted operations training for strategic partners.

Ackerman has worked in the renewable energy space since 2008, managing solar and wind developments from New England to California. Ackerman's experience within the industry provides him with a well-rounded approach to solar project management.

Lyleen Dauz joins SilRay as a Project Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in the solar industry. Dauz is responsible for supervising over 200 projects, and will be working closely with the Business Development team and Project Management team to lead and facilitate commercial solar installations and marketing projects. Before joining SilRay, Dauz worked as a Permit & Inspection Coordinator at Burnham Energy, where she implemented and maintained the daily operations and worked with their business development team.

Dauz's career began with the City of San Jose, where she helped pioneer and implement the zero waste citywide events. She later transitioned over to the renewable sector with the City of San Jose to assist with streamlining the permit process for residential solar installations.
