Penguin Pools Wins 4 Gold Standard of Excellence Awards in the 2015 APSP Midwest Design Awards

WAUKESHA, Wis. - March 11, 2016 - PRLog -- PENGUIN POOLS Captures Award in Regional Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Competition

In a competition that invited entries from swimming pool and spa service companies in 3 states, Penguin Pools was named '2015 Gold Standard of Excellence Award Winner' in a swimming pool design and construction competition conducted by the Midwest Chapter of The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals.

The Gold Standard of Excellence Award competition is open to members of the Association in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin, with award winners recognized at the chapter's annual meeting in December each year.

Entrants submitted pictures and construction details about recently completed projects.  Using a number of criteria, including conformance to APSP standards, equipment layout and design, as well as overall aesthetics, a panel of APSP member judges from around the country gauged how well the projects were built.  Projects that displayed adherence to APSP standards and achieved the highest scores of all entries from the 3 states were awarded the 2105 Gold Standard of Excellence.
