Orange County Divorce Lawyer Holds Hangout on How to Win Your Child Custody Case

ORANGE, Calif. - March 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Orange County Child Custody Attorney Julian Fox (www.FoxFamilyLaw.com) will begin a series of Google Hangouts with the theme of “How to Win Your Child Custody Case in California” on March 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.  This Saturday’s Hangout will be an Introduction to the Child Custody Process in California.

“There is so much misinformation about the child custody process,” Fox says.  “All too often, people rely on what non-lawyers tell them about the law.  I want people to have access to credible information because it impacts their lives so dramatically.”

Fox says that many family law litigants are choosing to represent themselves in child custody cases, primarily because they cannot afford a lawyer.  In some areas of the state, 80 percent of family law cases have at least one unrepresented party.

Upcoming Hangouts in the series will cover topics like Child Custody Mediation, Preparing for Trial, and How to Handle Modifications.

“I want to help people feel confident that when they go into the courtroom that they know what they need to do to present their best case to the Judge.  I hope people who are facing child custody litigation will join me on these weekly Hangouts,” Fox said.
