Gellman Team Sets 2015 Real Estate Sales Record for St. Louis and is Named Area’s No. 1 Team

The Gellman Team’s 2015 sales jumped 44 percent and their total homes sold—320—increased by 30 percent. They have again been named the No. 1 full service St. Louis real estate team out of more than 9,000 area agents, repeating this honor for the second straight year.

Last year’s $82 million in gross sales already had the team on the radar nationally. The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends named the Gellman Team to its America’s top 250 real estate teams list. They ranked No. 225 nationally in their first appearance on this exclusive list. After a record year in 2015, the Gellmans will most certainly repeat on this year’s list and with a higher ranking.

In addition, Coldwell Banker has just honored the Gellman Team with the International President’s Premier Team Award, given only to those Coldwell agents who exceed 180 sales in a calendar year. The award was given out this week at the annual Coldwell Banker awards banquet, held at Greenbriar Country Club.

It was also announced the Gellman Team is once again the No. 1 Coldwell Banker team in Missouri and a top 10 Coldwell Banker Affiliate Team for North America with their 2015 sales production.
