Feb. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Boston, MA:  Black Diamonds teens might be the unlikely choice to advise the mostly adult bands out there, but you might just want to take some tips from their experiences.

Founded in 2009 at local music school, DeAngelis Studio, at the ages of 7,8,10 and 11  - these boys started working on some really simple covers like "Can't Explain" and got the pride of mastering them in no time.  After working out a brief set they landed their first local Festival which had a huge stage and got the "fever".

With the guidance of their school and parents they have always worked on their crafts, keeping up lessons and reheasing with professional musician teachers guiding them.  They also had many professional photos taken over the years and created their social media early on.

When their "cuteness" started to wain - they focused on discovering "their sound" which went from "bubble-gum" pop - to a more intense, anthem-like, hard-hitting Rock.

The boys have been thought to be "brothers" over the years - when they are together they always have a great time and whether 20 people or a thousand are watching them - they always give their best and make new friends and fans.

One of the things people don't know is the boys all have their own interests outside of the band - so they are not together all the time - and look forward to seeing eachother once or twice a week.

They have had their challenges but have always been true to eachother with no member changes in 7 years.

So what are some of their tips in a nutshell:

- Have your own hobbies and lives outside of the band

- Have dedicated weekly time where you get to work and focus on the music

- Work out the challenges, it is worth it in the end to stay together

- Always appreciate your audience, not matter how big - give 110%

- Nobody is a "perfect" musician, recognize that lessons, even as an adult, can benefit your band

- Celebrate the cool stuff - 7 years for us, wow!!
