The Alive Center Introduces Coaching to the Community!

NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Feb. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- A New Kind of Space - The Alive Center Introduces Coaching to the community!

NAPERVILLE, IL – Looking to expand and grow with increasing demand, the newly formed Alive Center is launching a coaching program to help fulfill the mission of helping people connect with their best selves.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is the leading global coaching organization, defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.”

The Alive Center has partnered with the best Certified Professional Coaches in the area to make coaching available to everyone. Our coaches follow a client led system that ensures the highest integrity that allows your most inner self to come Alive.  Coaches work with clients to focus on present and future goals, support, and accountability. Alive Center Coaches specialize in overall Life Coaching and specific niche such as: Life, Health & Wellness, ADHD, Family & Parenting, Changes & Transitions, Career, Business Executive, and Womens Health Coaching.  Alive Center Coaches will work with our NaperBridge Teens providing small classes and workshops during Teen Drop in hours focusing on everything from making healthy food choices, positive body image and confidence building to picking the right path after high school.  Our Coaches will also deliver workshops, classes, group and one on one coaching to the community. Several events are in the works including a Coaching Open House Celebration on Thursday February 4th from 6:00pm- 8:30pm (x-apple-data-detectors://2/) at the Alive Center to meet the coaching team and celebrate bringing this great offering to the community. The Dalai Lama once said, "the purpose of our lives is to be happy", and for the Alive Center that is the real benefit of coaching.

The Alive Center was recently founded by Kandice Henning, Executive Director; Alive is a nonprofit center that provides the community with a welcoming place to create, play, learn and connect with what makes them come alive. Alive offers workshops, classes, teen programs, and private or group coaching in a variety of practices that support physical and emotional well-being and inspire personal growth and purpose. Free and reduced services are available. The 5,000 square foot facility is easily accessible within walking or short driving distance from Naperville neighborhoods and is in the downtown Naperville area.

Henning says that her life’s purpose is to inspire others. “I’m passionate about helping people connect with their best selves-with their life purpose, and then to find the courage to share it with the rest of the world.” Henning likes “to help people create the lives they desire.” Our Coaching programs, and certified coaches will be a vessel to do just that.
